1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website at nexaratech.app or downloading and using our mobile applications ("Apps") from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our specific services.

2. Use License

NexaraTech grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

You may not:

  • Modify, decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble the App.
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notices from the App.
  • Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Some of our Apps may be available for purchase or offer in-app purchases/subscriptions.

  • Payment Processing: All financial transactions are handled separately by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not process payments directly.
  • Refunds: Refunds for Apps or in-app purchases are subject to the refund policies of the respective store (Apple or Google). NexaraTech cannot directly issue refunds for store transactions.
  • Cancellations: You may manage or cancel subscriptions directly through your device's account settings on the App Store or Google Play Store.

4. Disclaimer

Our Apps and website are provided on an 'as is' basis. NexaraTech makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.

5. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall NexaraTech or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use our Apps or website, even if NexaraTech has been notified of the possibility of such damage.

6. Modifications to the App

NexaraTech reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the App or any service to which it connects, with or without notice and without liability to you.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which NexaraTech operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Apps after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
